Mid-Management Development
80 hour program that meets on Tuesdays (January 8 to March 11). Certified by DPSST. The minimum number of participants is 12 while the maximum is 25.

Supervision
10 topics that can be delivered in 4 or 8 hour formats. Agencies can contract for one or all topics. (Must have at least 15 participants for a 4 hour session and 10 participants for an 8 hour session).

Currently the LEPS programs are offered in the Portland Metro region. The LEPS staff is working hard to identify other areas of the state and region where a critical mass exists so that additional programs can be offered. We hope that the Executive, Mid-Management, and Supervision programs can be duplicated in Eastern, Central, and Southern Oregon as well as the mid-Coast area. If your agency is interested in hosting one or more of these programs, please contact the LEPS office at the Executive Leadership Institute so that we can work together to bring LEPS programs to your area of the state.

How to Register

1. Download an application by clicking on the button below. This is an Adobe Acrobat PDF document and you must have at least the Acrobat Reader software to open the file.

2. Call or e-mail our office to obtain a registration form by fax, e-mail or regular mail.

Once your registration form has been received and processed by our office, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Shortly thereafter an invoice and a packet of materials will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, minus a $150 administrative fee for 80 hour programs and a $20 fee for one-day programs, will be made for all cancellations received by the Executive Leadership Institute at least 10 business days prior to the start date. Cancellations received within 10 days of the program start date will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations after the program begins.
