Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the first day of a case study session will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received 15 days prior to the first day of the first session will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this point will receive no refund. If the full package (3 sessions + wrap-up) was purchased, refunds of individual sessions will be prorated based on the individual session price. (See website for full cancellation policy details.) The sponsoring agency is welcome to substitute an alternative participant with prior notification.
