Virginia Robinson
Ms. Robinson is a management consultant with financial management, human resource development and strategic planning experience of which more than 16 years have been at the senior executive level. She has held positions in the public and private sectors as well as academia. Ms. Robinson served as an intermittent advisor for the U.S. Treasury and the Harvard International Institute for Development on financial management improvement in emerging economies.
J. Dexter Peach
Mr. Peach has had a distinguished 38 year career at the U.S. General Accounting Office. He was a key policy advisor to Congress, and the recipient of numerous GAO awards for exceptional service. Since retirement, he has worked as an independent consultant on government management issues with a specific concentration on financial and performance management, internal control and auditing issues.
Harold (Hal) I. Steinberg
Mr. Steinberg was the first Deputy Controller/Acting Controller for the Office of Federal Financial Management, Office of Budget Management. He has been a driving force in such governmental financial management programs as the implementation of the Chief Financial Officer Act, the Inspector General program, the internal control and evaluation and improvement program, and many more.
Mitchell L. Laine
Mr. Laine is the provider of financial consulting services for governmental organization including financial reporting, accounting, financial systems implementation, financial operations, budget procedures, and organizational reviews. Previous positions include Chief Financial Office for the U.S. Economic Development Administration and Senior Management Analyst for the Office of Management and Budget.
